HOW DO I CARE FOR MY REV'POD?
For optimum fabric care, please wash in delicate cycle, cold water with like colors, no bleach, lay flat to dry. We highly recommend pre-laundering prior to first use.
WHAT IS MY REV'POD MADE OF?
48% Lenzing Certified MicroModal® (eco-friendly, renewable wood based fiber), 48% Supima Cotton (US produced) and 4% Spandex.
Your rev’pod™ was made with comfort in mind, therefore, it is meant to be loose-fitting and worn over your clothes. It is also a unisex garment, so we recommend choosing your *size based on your height and body type. Keep in mind that all the website models featured are wearing a Small and range in height from 5’2" to 5’7".

WHAT IS THE ZIPPER MADE OF?
Allergic to Metal? Great news! Our zippers are made of high quality molded plastic.
HOW DO I FOLD MY REV’POD?
Place your pod flat on a comfy surface, zipper facing you. Fold the arms straight alongside the top shoulder seam. Fold the bottom so that it’s shoulder width apart (about 18” to match the top). Now fold the bottom up, it should land about 2-3 inches from the mittens. Second fold is same length. Now roll everything into the hood and TADA! (It’s a pillow 😊) Handle should be on the outside- now you can carry it!
CAN I WALK WITH MY REV’POD ON?
We really love all of our customers, so please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WALK with your rev’pod™ fully zipped or in full body "pod mode" - as we like to call it. There are 2 sets of very handy white snaps (hip level and bottom of pod) that will secure your rev’pod into place. Unzip your pod from the bottom (above your knees), securely snap up and then feel free to walk, stretch or even dance around!
HOW MUCH DOES MY REV’POD WEIGH?
Approximately 2lbs, totally designed to be packable and lightweight for travel. Slide it over your carry-on handle and go!
IS REV'POD SOLD IN STORES?
At this time, rev'pod™ is sold exclusively online. If you're not totally in love though, we offer FREE returns.

Note all monogrammed rev’pods are final sale and cannot be returned. Please allow up to 7 additional days for customization prior to shipping.
COLOR & FONT?
Your color options for embroidery are HOT PINK or PURE WHITE.
Our monogramming font is Blacklight. You can choose up to 3 letters (all uppercase).
SIZE & PLACEMENT OF THE MONOGRAM:
Each letter will be approximately 2” and will be embroidered on the left side of the pod, slightly above the hip bone. Please note size range of the pod may affect the exact placement of the monogram.
IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COST?
YES. When placing your order in the Product Page, please choose the customization option & this will add $20 to the final cost of the order.

WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. If your order was placed Monday - Friday after 2:00 p.m. EST, the order will be shipped within two business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please Contact us at: FromLAwithLove@revpod.com as soon as possible. Please put "CANCEL" or "CHANGE" in the subject of your email. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCH POLICY?
If an item changes price within 7 days of purchase, we will gladly price match it for you.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Please note that we do authorize your credit card for the full order amount upon checkout. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
At this time we do not offer gift certificates.
IS MY PERSONAL & CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
IS REVPOD.COM A SAFE WEBSITE FOR VISITING & MAKING TRANSACTIONS?

SHIPPING + HANDLING
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
You'll be happy to know we offer free standard shipping + handling, on orders over $129, that are shipped via USPS Priority Mail-- to be delivered within 3-5 days (starting with the first business day after the order was placed), for U.S. orders (excluding HI/AK/PR).
UPS Next Day Air Saver - Calculated at Checkout.
*Orders must be placed by 2 pm EST (excluding weekends and national holidays). *Orders placed after 2 pm EST, will ship the following business day.
Please be advised, rev’pod™ does not recommend the use of freight forwarders and cannot be held responsible for shipments post-delivery to these addresses.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please check out the International Shipping section for more info.
DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Currently, we only ship to the single address that is specified on your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we will issue a return/exchange within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with tags attached. Please note we will require proof of purchase.
Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please make sure to email us, with “RETURN” OR “EXCHANGE” on the subject line, at fromLAwithLove@revpod.com, within 30 days of purchase. If the item is eligible, we will email you a prepaid return label. Place all items in their original packaging, into a secure box or envelope mailer. Tape the prepaid return label to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at any USPS location.
WHERE SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN TO?
Per above, please email us at fromLAwithLove@revpod.com with the reason for your return or exchange. If the item is eligible, we will email you a prepaid return label with our return address.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7-10 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
All applicable taxes (VAT) and duties (customs tariffs) are the responsibility of the purchasing party. Taxes and Duties are based on the purchased product's country of origin and the classification of that product in accordance with a "harmonized" system used by the destination country. Tax rates are set by the destination country and taxes (if any) will need to be paid upon receipt of the order.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not. _session_id, unique token, sessional, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc). _shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer. Cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your cart. _secure_session_id, unique token, sessionalstorefront_digest, unique token, indefinite, if the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access. PREF, persistent for a very short period, set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where.
